Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar Association.
  • Preferred experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Valid license to practice law in the state of West Virginia.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of client interactions with patience and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
