Job Overview

Duties

  • Handle litigation matters related to finance and restructuring

  • Provide legal counsel on financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal memoranda

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlements

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of practice
