  • Develop strategic legal approaches for family law litigation, probate, and estate planning cases.
  • Adapt and respond quickly to shifting priorities and high-pressure situations.
  • Engage in high-level problem-solving, demonstrating precision and decisiveness in legal strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a personal referral network to expand your practice.

Requirements:

  • Active status with the Nebraska State Bar.
  • Proficiency in Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal filings and case management.
  • Direct and straightforward communication style, with a focus on getting results.
  • Assertiveness and initiative to prioritize tasks, manage cases, and drive them forward.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
