Duties

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.

• Conduct thorough investigations to assess liability and damages.

• Draft and file legal documents required for pre-litigation.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in California.

• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience, specifically in pre-litigation.

• In-depth knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including paralegals and support staff.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
