Associate Attorney (Litigation)

This full-time position will involve handling a wide range of tasks related to litigation, including court appearances, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach to their work.

Duties:

• Manage case files and conduct legal research to support litigation efforts.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders regarding case developments.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members in case strategy and planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation or a related field.

Education:
