The candidate will oversee, assist, and provide guidance to paralegals and attorneys with their pre-litigation and litigation caseloads. Will have a thorough review of each case, determining necessary tasks needed on cases, providing guidance to case staff, and ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed.
