Job Overview

A well-established law firm in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dedicated and driven Attorney to join its legal team. This position involves providing expert legal services in family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, legal separations, paternity actions, and estate planning. The attorney will handle all aspects of case management and litigation, from initial client meetings to courtroom representation. Duties

  • Prepare and draft legal documents for court filings and client correspondence
  • Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders

  • Represent clients in court, handling all aspects of assigned cases

Requirements

  • Active Nebraska bar license
  • Prior family law experience preferred

Education
