This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in high-volume legal work, including managing foreclosure cases from start to finish. Duties:

  • Oversee a portfolio of foreclosure cases throughout the litigation process.
  • Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure actions.
  • Attend court hearings, ensure all legal procedures are followed, and communicate with opposing counsel as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on foreclosure law preferred.
  • Experience managing a high caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present solutions.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and general office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar Membership in Ohio or Kentucky is preferred.
