Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation to join their growing team. This role involves managing a variety of insurance-related cases, including first-party insurance coverage disputes and third-party defense litigation. The successful candidate will work alongside senior attorneys and partners, contributing to litigation strategy and client representation.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of first and third-party insurance litigation cases.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare for trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on developing litigation strategies.
• Provide legal representation to insurance clients, ensuring quality case outcomes.
• Maintain consistent client communication, providing case status updates.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.
• Strong case management and advocacy skills, with experience managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in litigation processes, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
