Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations). Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to structured finance deals
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex financial matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful deal execution
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and business judgment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying
