Duties:

• Manage and lead corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate primary transaction agreements.
• Take a senior role in negotiating with opposing counsel to finalize deals.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates working on corporate transactions.
• Advise both public and private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance (preferred but not required).
• Collaborate with partners and clients to provide strategic and innovative legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint ventures.
• Proven ability to manage complex corporate transactions and lead negotiations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior associates.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Expertise in corporate law, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
