A law firm seeks an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Attorney to join its team. This position, based in Naperville, IL, offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to focus on areas such as estate planning, probate, guardianship, and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience and demonstrate a client-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis on a variety of legal matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal matters.
  • Offer legal counsel on diverse issues within estate planning, probate, guardianship, and real estate.
  • Assist senior attorneys in managing client cases, ensuring timely progression.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois state bar.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm, preferably within estate planning, probate, guardianship, or residential real estate.
  • Ability to independently manage client cases while working collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
