Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee residential real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to homeowners associations.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in residential real estate dealings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina and Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate law is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
