Duties:

• Represent clients in legal matters, including trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to develop case strategies.
• Advise clients on their rights, obligations, and best courses of action.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
• Stay updated with legislative changes affecting workers' compensation and personal injury law.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including attorneys and support staff, to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation of client interactions and case progress.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge of workers' compensation law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve disputes successfully.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
