Duties

  • Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements including license agreements, SaaS agreements, privacy policies, and data processing agreements.
  • Advise clients on privacy laws and data protection matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex transactions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of technology contracts and related documentation.
  • Stay current on developments in technology, privacy law, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and build client relationships while ensuring high standards of legal service.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in technology transactions and privacy law.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and drafting skills.
  • Experience with privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Education
