Duties

• Support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Travel within the state as needed to represent clients effectively.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, meeting fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate within a teamwork-driven environment to provide effective representation for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Proven ability to handle litigation tasks independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in insurance defense or jury trials is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
