Duties:

• Represent clients in general liability matters, including commercial auto, trucking, and premises liability cases.
• Handle a high volume of cases, from pre-trial preparation through to trial.
• Provide comprehensive legal research, drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Manage client relationships and deliver results aligned with client expectations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in New Jersey litigation and jury trials.
• Strong experience in insurance defense, with a focus on general liability cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in legal writing and communication.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing.
