• Handle litigation matters, including preparing and arguing motions

• Conduct depositions and participate in trials

• Work collaboratively with legal teams to develop case strategies

• Maintain client relationships and provide counsel on litigation matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar
