A law firm in New York City is seeking an Insurance Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, and an understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers insurance policies.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers insurance policies.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in insurance-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
• Review insurance policies and contracts for coverage issues.
• Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
