Junior Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join its team in Burbank, CA. This position is ideal for newly admitted attorneys eager to develop their legal careers in a supportive environment. Associates will work closely with an assigned Senior Associate and receive substantial administrative and substantive support from a dedicated team of paralegals and staff.

Duties

• Manage a docket of cases, guiding them to resolution efficiently.
• Conduct depositions and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Provide direction and support to non-attorney staff as necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and encouraging teamwork.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and support client representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience with depositions preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
