Mid-Level/Senior Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation. Exceptional academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, and document review.
• Specialize in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation matters.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, including trials and hearings, as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve case objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation.
• Preferably, a strong track record of in-court experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
