Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on energy mineral title matters.
• Prepare, review, and analyze title opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal issues related to property and mineral title law.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the energy sector.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in energy law, mineral title law, or general property law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
