Senior Attorney with 5+ years of experience

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney for a full-time on-site role in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The Senior Attorney will provide legal advice and representation across various practice areas while delivering innovative strategies to clients.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in diverse areas of law, including family law, real estate, landlord-tenant, and corporate law
• Conduct legal research and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Handle case files independently, ensuring thorough management and representation
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance client outcomes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing law
• Trial experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar

Education:
