The role involves overseeing pre-litigation and litigation phases and working closely with a team of specialized support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of negotiating and settling pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with intake teams, medical records clerks, lien specialists, and other support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
• Engage with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals regularly through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct detailed case reviews and analyses to prepare for successful settlements.
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain organized case files throughout each stage of case handling.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and case coordination.
• Proficient in legal database management and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing in the California State Bar.
