Associate Attorney

Emeryville office of our client seeks an associate attorney preferably with 1+ year of law office experience. The candidate will be taking and defending depositions. Will propound and respond to written discovery. Make court appearances and second chair trial work. Undertake frequent travel. Should preferably have a few years of experience in personal injury. Must be licensed and in good standing in California.

The candidate must have excellent legal research and writing abilities. Experience with legal research and interview skills and techniques is preferred. The ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and an enthusiastic desire to work as part of a team on behalf of injured clients is required.
