Job Overview: A law firm in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage and oversee cases involving personal injury and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Duties:

  • Litigate cases from inception to resolution, including pre-litigation negotiations and trial proceedings.
  • Manage and supervise teams handling pre-litigation and litigation phases of cases.
  • Handle a variety of cases, with a focus on personal injury and commercial motor vehicle litigation.
  • Conducted legal research, draft pleadings, and managed discovery processes.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, adjusters, and legal teams.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar in good standing.
  • 5-10 years of experience in litigation, with a minimum of 3 years in personal injury litigation.
  • Experience in handling commercial motor vehicle cases is required; experience with trucking litigation is a plus.
  • Trial experience preferred; commercial litigation experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead and manage litigation teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
