Duties

  • Lead the Estate Administration Team in managing Probate, Trust Administration, Estate Planning, and Elder Law matters.

  • Directly engage with clients, acting as a liaison between them and various professionals, such as tax advisors, financial planners, accountants, and court officials.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in estate planning and elder law, helping the firm implement new strategies for improved client results.
  • Coordinate with various professionals to ensure smooth progress on client matters and provide expert guidance on legal matters related to wealth protection and elder care.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in estate planning or related areas.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas, with a willingness to obtain licensure in New Mexico.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with professionals outside of the legal field.
  • Proactive in advancing client matters and maintaining momentum toward completion.
  • Keen interest in learning new legal strategies and approaches for enhancing client outcomes.
