Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle diligence-type work and contribute to the firm's corporate practice.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions related to corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents such as agreements, contracts, and filings.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
• Support senior attorneys in client meetings and transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Indiana or eligible for admission via reciprocity.
• 1-6 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Indiana or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
