Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury law, with strong writing, research, and litigation skills. You will collaborate closely with experienced attorneys and work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Duties:

  • Organize and present legal arguments on case files to the supervising attorney.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare cases for litigation, including legal research and case evaluations.
  • Advise clients by conducting legal research and keeping them updated on case developments.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with cost standards.
  • Stay current on legal trends through continuous education and networking.
  • Contribute to the firm's mission by advocating for justice on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury law (preferred).
  • Strong litigation, research, and writing skills.
  • Effective communication and client management abilities.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with sound professional judgment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in California.
