Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including individuals, corporations, and governmental entities.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Participate in jury trials and gain valuable first-chair trial experience.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Perform legal research and case analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the Ohio Bar and in good standing.
• 0 to 5 years of litigation experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle cases with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility in litigation matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Ohio Bar Association.
