Duties

  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage pre-litigation personal injury claims.
  • Oversee and ensure timely case flow for pre-litigation case managers.
  • Review and edit demand letters and medical record redactions.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties to negotiate settlements.
  • Maintain high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in any U.S. state (Colorado preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating personal injury cases.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent research abilities.
  • Highly organized with reliable, timely work habits.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Aurora, CO.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar Admission (Required).
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar (Preferred).
