Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience

Duties

• Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and responses.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed and engaged in their cases.
• Foster relationships with opposing counsel and colleagues to facilitate smooth case management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of post-JD experience in a legal setting.
• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar Association.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
