Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing cases from inception to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
