Duties:

• Manage a caseload of first and third-party insurance litigation cases.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare for trials.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.
• Provide legal representation to insurance clients to achieve favorable case outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates on case progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in litigation processes including discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
