Location

Duties

  • Conduct new client consultations and intake assessments

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions

  • Research legal issues and prepare cases for litigation

  • Review active case files and develop case strategies

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients in person, via phone, and virtually

  • Collaborate with assigned case managers and team members

  • Manage a high volume caseload from inception to resolution

  • Participate in internal training and mentorship programs

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing

  • Comfortable handling litigation and appearing in court

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of cases

  • Prior law firm or litigation experience preferred, but not required

Education
