Healthcare Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a qualified Healthcare Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in healthcare compliance, and admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable. However, consideration may be given to candidates admitted in other states.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis in the healthcare field.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to healthcare.
• Stay updated on healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address legal issues in healthcare.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Prior experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.
• Consideration for admission in other states may be given.
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in California and/or Arizona.
