Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Springfield office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation personal injury attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will handle a large and growing docket of cases. Will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. Be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to own cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Support the firm mission and values and align, motivate and inspire other team members to deliver exceptional high-quality results by their consistent example and influence. Familiarity with discovery and litigation and excellent research and writing skills required. Must be Illinois Bar licensed associate.
