Duties

• Handle a range of fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice.
• Draft, negotiate, and review finance-related agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research to support complex finance cases and strategies.
• Provide clients with clear guidance and regular updates on case progress.
• Ensure legal compliance in all transactional and finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional law experience, ideally with a focus in finance law.
• Strong academic background, with excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing within the candidate’s state of residence.
