Duties

  • Provide representation for clients in immigration proceedings and hearings

  • Draft, file, and manage legal documentation related to immigration cases, including petitions and applications

  • Deliver personalized legal guidance based on current immigration laws and regulations

  • Liaise with federal agencies including USCIS, ICE, and EOIR

  • Interpret evolving legal statutes and prepare clients for interviews, court appearances, and procedural requirements

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress

  • Contribute to case strategy development and collaborate with legal team members on complex matters

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state or territory

  • Demonstrated experience handling immigration matters independently

  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment

  • Professional demeanor with excellent client service and communication skills

  • Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and good standing membership in any U.S. State Bar
