Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist in formulating case strategies and legal arguments.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials, representing clients in various legal proceedings.
• Manage case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases and develop litigation strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and the overall litigation process.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Arkansas Bar membership is in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Arkansas Bar.
