• Provide expert advocacy for clients throughout workers' compensation proceedings

• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and develop strategic plans to address clients' needs

• Actively engage in hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure favorable outcomes

• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen client positions

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases from initiation to resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license
