  • Assist with compliance and regulatory matters related to investment funds, including SEC filings and reporting requirements.

  • Manage due diligence processes and provide legal opinions on investment fund matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting private equity and investment funds.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related operational matters.
  • Proven track record of handling complex fund-related transactions and legal issues.
  • Strong understanding of investment fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and market practices.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
