Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 200 firm, to handle various business litigation matters. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in state and federal courts in various business litigation matters, including complex contract disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests, conducting depositions, and preparing witnesses.
  • Handle hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm, focusing on business litigation.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission; additional admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar would be advantageous.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in both state and federal courts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission required.
  • Admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar (optional).
