Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiations with opposing parties and insurance companies.

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and advocate for their interests.
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal advice tailored to clients' needs.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or North Dakota.
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
