Transactional Associate Attorney

Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a transactional associate attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience, including M&A and/or debt finance, as well as general corporate experience. The candidate must have experience supporting and closing sophisticated corporate and/or debt transactions. Must have in-house corporate or major law firm experience. Must be admitted to or pending admission to Connecticut and/or New York Bar.

The candidate must have a strong academic background. Must have the strong work ethic, integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Must have the ability to multitask and support multiple transactions and clients simultaneously. Must have the ability to work as a member of a team and independently. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
