Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist with case preparation, strategy development, and client communication.
  • Attend client meetings and court hearings, as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing Illinois State Law License.
  • 0-3 years of legal experience, with an interest in business transactions, employment law, or litigation.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active State of Illinois Law License (in good standing).
