Attorney needed for Dallas office

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking an attorney to join their growing team. The firm handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, construction accidents, oil field accidents, and more. Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Manage discovery processes
• Participate in trial preparation and attend occasional trials
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in any state or actively preparing for the Bar exam
• Ability to be admitted to practice in Texas
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• High attention to detail with exceptional research, writing, and editing skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the state bar (Texas Bar preferred, but not required)
