Associate Attorney

Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of courtroom experience. The candidate will be working with cases from the commencement of the action, through financial discovery, negotiations, courtroom motion practice to settlement conferences and Judge Trials. The three areas of expertise should include: compassion and empathy for the clients, dedication to the law through learning and CLE, and expert courtroom skills with confidence and commitment to the clients goals. Will be responsible for managing family law matrimonial cases from start to finish. Tenacious courtroom presence, Compassion counseling. Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut. Should have computer technical skills to use billing and client management programs proficiently.

The candidate should have creative negotiation skills. Must have commitment to education and excellence in law. Should have ethical values and a commitment to the sensitivity of a divorcing family. Must have ability to independently manage own individual docket. Should have the ability to work in a team setting. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
