This role involves offering comprehensive legal guidance to healthcare providers, specialty practices, and vendors to ensure compliance with both state and federal healthcare regulations.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on complex healthcare regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare laws.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
