  • Support litigation efforts when necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters involving ERISA, tax law, labor, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and administrative law

Requirements

  • Prior experience in employee benefits law or a tax-related background is a plus, though not required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar (Washington State preferred or eligibility to waive in)
