Duties

• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in depositions.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Georgia.

• 2-6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in product liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working as part of a team.

• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
